BWE recently completed a MLS (Multiple Listing Service) IDX (Internet Data Exchange) integration for Coldwell Banker's Gayle Probst.

What is IDX?
IDX, or Internet Data Exchange allows individual agents the ability to display MLS real estate listings on their website.

IDX permits participating Offices to share their listing information on the Internet with other like-minded subscribers. This means that you may incorporate a link on your office or personal web site to a search "engine" that provides access to the entire MLS database of participating Offices. Several integration options are available.
